PD4 is designed to deliver superior TLC performance, supporting common read-oriented workloads with storage capacities of up to 25.6 TB and 30.72 TB. This enables achieving a storage capacity of over 730 TB in a standard 24-bay 2U server.

SSD PCIe Gen4: Unmatched Performance:
The PD4 offers impressive performance with up to 1.6 million/680,000 IOPS in random 4K read/write, 7.1 GB/s in sequential 128K read, and 7.0 GB/s in sequential 128K write, positioning it as a top contender among PCIe Gen4 SSDs.

Robust and durable SSDs:
The PD4 series offers extended disk longevity, ensuring reliable endurance for 5 years under workloads of 1.5/3.3 writes per day (DWPD).

High-Performance, Low-Latency NVMe Storage for Data Centers and demanding tasks:
Utilizing the PCIe Gen4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol, the PD4 SSD is based on 176-layer 3D TLC NAND chips and has been optimized using Exascend’s proprietary technologies, resulting in substantial improvements in I/O performance. The PD4 series is known for its high reliability, exceptional performance, and low latency, making it an ideal choice for demanding data center environments.
